Amtex Dye Chem Industries is a 35-year-old specialty chemicals manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, India.
We manufacture reactive dyes and reactive inks for the textile industry.
Our products serve the supply chains of 200+ global fashion and retail brands.
We compete internationally with multinational companies such as Huntsman, Archroma, and DyStar.
Project Overview
We have an established product portfolio and now want to build it into a cohesive, globally competitive brand.
Our current brochures and marketing collateral are produced in-house and lack a consistent design language and brand direction.

Scope of Work
Brand audit of our existing identity, collateral, and product portfolio.
Competitive benchmarking against multinational players in the dyes and chemicals sector.
Definition of brand vision, mission, positioning, and core messaging.
Development of a visual identity system, including logo refinement, colour palette, typography, iconography, and imagery style.
Brand architecture across the corporate brand and its product ranges and sub-brands.
Structuring and presenting the product portfolio in a clear, premium, and globally relevant format.
Design of a corporate brochure and product range brochures.
Templates for technical data sheets, product catalogues, and presentations.
A comprehensive brand guidelines document for consistent use by our internal team and external partners.
Deliverables
Brand strategy document covering vision, positioning, and messaging.
Complete visual identity system with source files.
Brand guidelines book in PDF format.
Corporate and product brochures in print-ready and digital formats.
Editable templates for recurring marketing and technical materials.

Required Experience
Proven experience working with multinational companies or global B2B brands.
Experience in industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or technical B2B branding is strongly preferred.
Strong portfolio in brand identity, brand guidelines, and corporate brochure design.
Ability to translate technical products into clear, premium, and professional communication.
Strategic thinking with the ability to advise on global brand best practices.
Excellent English communication and a structured project approach.
