I have a collection of medical case series stored in Word documents and a well-defined hypothesis that I now want to test through a properly designed cohort study. The raw notes include patient demographics, clinical features, interventions, and outcomes, but they need to be extracted, coded, and organised into an analysable dataset first.

Your role is to turn those narrative files into a structured cohort analysis that will stand up to peer review. This involves outlining the cohort design, specifying inclusion/exclusion criteria, transforming the text data into a clean spreadsheet or database, running the appropriate statistical tests, and writing up the results in line with STROBE guidelines. I am comfortable with R, SPSS, or Stata outputs; choose whichever you prefer as long as the code is reproducible.

Deliverables
