Charity Event Planner, One Tampines

A community-focused charity event is taking shape at One Tampines Hub. The vision blends friendly five-a-side soccer matches with other light-hearted recreational stations, all ticketed at a budget-friendly price so working adults and neighbourhood groups feel welcome to drop in after work or come down with colleagues and friends. Local startup brands will be invited to host mini-booths, and we plan to offset costs through sponsorships while giving partners visibility and CSR mileage.

To make this happen I need an experienced planner who can steer the full journey—from shaping the event concept through to a smooth pack-out on the day itself. That includes:

• Developing a cohesive theme, activity flow and arena layout that keep energy high throughout the day.
• Sourcing and securing sponsors, drafting the sponsorship deck, and negotiating in-kind or cash support.
• Reaching out to home-grown startups and community businesses to curate engaging brand collaborations.
• Handling venue liaison with One Tampines Hub, arranging permits, insurance and any safety compliance.
• Coordinating logistics: equipment rental, field markings, booth build-up, sound/PA, signage, F&B and waste management.
• Recruiting and briefing staff, volunteers and referees, then overseeing on-day operations, crowd movement and tear-down.

Clear milestones, a realistic production timeline and concise status updates will be essential so I can keep stakeholders in the loop while focusing on fundraising goals.
