Job Overview
Drive profitable revenue growth on POP & POS, in Automotive Distribution EMEA by building strategic relationships with Distributors & Channel. Accelerating demand creation and conversion at branch level.
This position can be based remotely in Germany.
Act as the primary commercial & technical Automotive interface between TE Connectivity and our Platinum distributors across strategic branches in Central Europe
Develop relationships with distributors, establish governance, trust, and execution cadence
Execute business plans aligned with EMIA Automotive distribution growth strategy
Collaborate with Channel DMMs to identify new business opportunities, generate a strong pipeline and with a disciplined approach, drive demand creation to conversion
Actively manage conversion funnel, with clear focus on project prioritization, win probability, and execution rigor
Drive POP and POS growth through close collaboration with distributor sales teams, TE Channel teams and other internal TE stakeholders
Undertake application mapping to identify areas to promote Automotive products outside Transportation
Assess the understanding of Automotive products across our partner’s Technical Product teams and coordinate product training sessions to increase awareness
Ensure focus on TAM to DTAM growth on strategic accounts and drive POS growth through new wins
Maintain strong internal relationships with Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Demand Creation teams to ensure consistent conversion
Monitor inventory positioning and demand signals to support sustainable growth
Prepare regular business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with distributors, focusing on performance and business growth

Demand creation metrics
Inventory health
TAM to DTAM growth on strategic accounts
Organic revenue growth through execution of the strategic account development plans
Maintaining accuracy and usage of reporting tools and dashboards
What your background should look like:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant long-standing technical/commercial experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Account Management, Channel Sales or Product Management , preferably with exposure to Distribution
Background in electronic / electrical components or similar B2B technical products (e.g. connectors, sensors, cable assemblies, black box)
Demonstrate experience in managing strategic customer or distributor relationships
Strong track record in identifying, developing, and converting sales opportunities
Exposure to demand creation, pipeline management, and conversion-focused sales models
Experience working within large, matrix organizations with structured processes and KPI-driven environments
Solid knowledge of commercial and reporting systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS Office – PPT, Excel, PowerBI)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build effective working relationships quickly at multiple organizational levels
Fluent in German & English, written and spoken
50%-75% travel
