I have an Inventor-built 3 D model of a pipe run that feeds black liquor past a sensor cavity. I need between four and ten CFD runs, each on a slightly modified version of that assembly, to see which geometry delivers the most even and steady flow through—and then out of—the sensor cavity.
You will receive:
• the native Inventor assembly and each variant I have prepared;
• viscosity and density values for the liquor;
• the temperature and flow-rate windows to test.
Please simulate the full spectrum of operating conditions I face in the mill—combinations of temperature and flow that span normal, low, and high process states. Air entrapment is a concern, but the primary metric for selecting the winning design is how smoothly the liquor sweeps past the sensor with minimal fluctuation.
Deliverables
• CFD setup files for every run, clearly named by variant and condition.
• Visual outputs (contour and vector plots, animations) that make any turbulence or stagnation zones obvious.
• A short comparative report ranking the assemblies, highlighting the one that maintains the steadiest, most uniform flow at all tested points.
I am comfortable with you using Solidworks, ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or a comparable solver—whatever lets you import Inventor geometry accurately and document the results clearly.
