Certify MCA Form 20A

I have just incorporated a One Person Company and now need to file Form 20A (Declaration of Commencement of Business) on the MCA portal. For this, the declaration must be digitally certified by a practising Cost Accountant.

Here is what I can already share with you:
• The latest Profit & Loss Statement prepared from the date of incorporation to today
• Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and all supporting incorporation documents
• My own DSC for director-side signing

What I need from you:
1. Review the P&L and any other information you feel is necessary to satisfy yourself of the paid-up capital and commencement readiness.
2. Generate and digitally sign Form 20A as a practising CMA, using your valid DSC and membership credentials.
3. Provide the signed form back to me (JSON and PDF output from MCA) so I can submit it, or, if you prefer, complete the filing on the portal after I authorise you.

Acceptance criteria
• Your name and membership number must appear on Form 20A exactly as registered with ICMAI.
• DSC signature must pass MCA validation with no hash or certificate errors.
• Turnaround time: 24 hours from the moment I send you the documents.
