Certified AV System Design Needed

I’m building out a large, multi-function venue and need a seasoned audio-visual designer to take the lead on every space. The scope covers a banquet hall, multiple conference rooms, a small restaurant, hallways with additional support areas such as a spa, theatre and chapel.

You must hold CTS-D, Crestron and AutoCAD certifications and bring at least ten years of experience partnering with architects on complex commercial projects; that combination is essential for seamless coordination with our architectural team and other consultants.

What I expect you to deliver
•Initial work includes, spec'ing and placing speakers w/cut sheets, screens, projectors, TVs, etc.
• AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF drawing sets ready for permitting and bidding
• Then Full AV design packages for each area, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, rack elevations, signal-flow and network diagrams
• Precise equipment schedules with specification sheets and power, thermal and load calculations
• Crestron framework recommendations that align with our control philosophy

Working with the existing AV and IT team to meet client expectations. We'll measure success by the clarity, accuracy and constructability of your documentation, along with how well it integrates into the overall building design.
