Certified Autocad Granny-Flat Drawings

The design and layout for my 45 m² granny flat are already settled; what I now need are fully certified AutoCAD drawings that I can submit for planning permission (or claim an exemption) here in Ireland. The certification must cover structural integrity and clearly demonstrate compliance with Irish Building Regulations.

Key structural details that must be shown and certified:
• Foundation details
• Load-bearing walls
• Roof structure

Alongside the construction set, include a concise site-layout sheet that positions the new unit on the plot with all required dimensions, setbacks and service connections. I will supply the current concept plans in DWG and PDF as a starting point.

Acceptance criteria:
• All drawings delivered in both DWG and print-ready PDF formats.
• Engineer’s or suitably approved designer’s certification stamp for structural integrity visible on every relevant sheet.
• Notes and dimensions aligned with Irish Building Regulations terminology.
• Ready for direct electronic submission to the local council without further markup from my side.
