I’m preparing a town-planning submission for a new commercial cellar door that adjoins our craft distillery, and I need a complete drawing package to satisfy council requirements.
The core of the job is a detailed site plan that clearly shows:
• Building footprint and internal layout
• Parking bays, turning circles and access roads for cars and small delivery vehicles
• Landscaping and green spaces that integrate with the surrounding vineyard
Alongside the plan, I also need fully dimensioned elevations (all sides) and at least two photorealistic 3D renders that illustrate materials, massing and how the building sits in the landscaped context. The visuals will be lodged with the application and later used for marketing, so crisp lighting and accurate textures are important.
I’m happy for you to work in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar for the drawings, and SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape or another mainstream package for the renders—use whatever will deliver clean DWG/PDF files plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG images.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Council-ready PDFs at A1 and A3 sizes with the required title block, north point and scale bar
• DWG/IFC source files for future revisions
• Two high-res exterior renders (minimum 3000 px on the long edge)
If you’ve handled commercial planning submissions before—especially cellar doors, tasting rooms or small hospitality projects—let me see a sample. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
