DEVELOPER / WEBSITE REPAIR PROJECT REQUEST

Project Status: Website was affected by an error. After the site was recovered, multiple functions and/or site
components are not operating properly.
Project Objective
We are looking for an experienced WordPress/web developer to diagnose, repair, test, and stabilize CCNET INVEST.
The goal is to restore the website to proper working condition without unnecessarily rebuilding functioning portions of
the site.
Primary Tasks
1. Perform a complete website diagnostic and identify the cause of the original error and current problems.
2. Review the recovery/restoration and determine whether files, database tables, plugins, themes, settings, or
configurations were damaged or changed.
3. Fix broken pages, links, forms, buttons, menus, login/registration functions, and other non-functioning features.
4. Check the WordPress dashboard, theme, plugins, PHP compatibility, database, server configuration, and error logs.
5. Verify that the website loads correctly on desktop and mobile devices.
6. Test registration, member/client areas, forms, email notifications, and other existing site functions.
7. Check security, backups, permissions, SSL, redirects, and basic website performance.
8. Identify plugin or theme conflicts and repair or replace problematic components where necessary.
9. Confirm that existing website data and member information are preserved.
10. Provide a final test and written summary of what was repaired and what remains to be addressed.
Developer Requirements
The ideal developer should have strong experience with WordPress, PHP, MySQL/database troubleshooting,
hosting/server environments, plugin and theme conflicts, website recovery, security, and performance optimization.
Important Project Rules
• Do not delete or overwrite website data without approval.
• Create or verify a complete backup before making major changes.
• Do not make unnecessary changes to working features.
• Document major repairs and configuration changes.
• Use a staging site when practical before applying major production changes.
• Any new paid plugin, theme, hosting service, or third-party service must be approved before purchase.
• Developer must identify any security or access concerns discovered during the repair.
Deliverables
At completion, the developer should provide: (1) repaired website, (2) testing results, (3) list of problems found, (4) list
of repairs completed, (5) recommendations for preventing future errors, and (6) confirmation that a current backup
exists.
Proposal Requested
Please provide your hourly rate or fixed-price estimate, estimated hours/time to diagnose, estimated completion time,
relevant WordPress repair experience, examples of similar projects, and whether you provide ongoing
maintenance/support after the repair.
Before Access Is Provided
Developer will be required to agree on the scope of work, payment terms, access procedures, confidentiality,
ownership of website work product, and backup procedures before receiving administrative or hosting access.
