CCBill Model Video Platform

I’m launching a subscription-and-pay-per-download video site where independent models can earn directly from their content. Members must be able to unlock every clip through a recurring monthly plan or buy single videos outright; both options need to coexist cleanly in the storefront and catalogue.
Each model will have a personal creator account to upload, tag, price and manage their own videos. The system then pays them a configurable percentage of every sale, tracked automatically, with clear earnings reports they can export. I only step in as the site admin to set the global revenue split, handle support tickets and, if necessary, approve or remove content.
CCBill is the required payment gateway for all recurring subscriptions, single-item purchases and model payouts, so the build has to meet CCBill compliance standards from day one. Beyond that, I’m flexible on tech stack—whether you prefer WordPress with specialised plugins, a Laravel or Node back-end, or another secure framework—so long as it scales, runs smoothly on mobile and desktop, and keeps uploaded files secure.
Key deliverables
• Fully responsive website with member, model and admin roles configured
• Dual access system: monthly subscription unlocking all videos + individual video purchase/ download flow
• Seamless CCBill integration for both revenue streams and automated model payout tracking
• Model dashboard: upload interface, pricing controls, sales analytics, payout history
• Admin dashboard: user moderation, content oversight, adjustable revenue-share percentage, manual override tools
• Basic SEO setup, analytics hooks and documentation for ongoing maintenance
If you’ve built creator marketplaces or handled CCBill integrations before, let’s talk timelines and a sensible milestone plan so I can get this platform live without cutting corners on security or user experience.
