Cattery Floor & Elevation Plans

I have sketched two graph-paper drawings for a new cattery and now need a clean, construction-ready PDF created from them by next week. The layout must follow the graph plan exactly—no alterations—so every pen, passage, and wall ends up in the same place.

What the PDF must show:
• Complete floor plan with the overall outside size, each internal room size, and every wall length clearly labelled.
• Front elevation and side elevation with all relevant height dimensions.

Copy every measurement already marked, add any missing lengths or heights needed for a seamless build, and keep the drawing neat and easy to read. Feel free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or your preferred drafting software, but deliver only the final PDF.

Once we agree on a fixed price the quote is final, so please double-check the scope above and note in your bid how you will guarantee dimension accuracy.
