I manage the online outreach for a community of Catholic Sisters and need a reliable editor who already understands the tone and reverence of Church-related media. Most assignments involve turning our footage, photos, short clips, and recorded voice-overs into brief, edifying pieces for Facebook, Instagram, and the Sisters’ YouTube channel. I will also need you to take longer productions (such as full-length performances or conference talks) and make from them an assortment of clips and shorts.

Typical project flow
• I send you the raw photos or video clips, and basic instructions
• You assemble the video using the provided assets, royalty-free music, and light graphics.
• First cut comes back within two or three days; we exchange one or two rounds of tweaks; final export delivered in vertical (9:16) and widescreen (16:9) formats.

The overall style should feel explicitly edifying—accurately reflecting the spirit of our particular Religious Community, which you will only be able to grasp through viewing the other videos we have already produced and by trial and error. Prior experience creating content for parishes, dioceses, religious orders, or Catholic nonprofits is almost essential, as you’ll already be comfortable with liturgical vocabulary and sensitivities.

Tools are up to you—Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or DaVinci Resolve are all fine—as long as you can share project files and drafts when needed. I reserve the right to make little adjustments on your work. :) Prompt communication, careful attention to direction, and respect for deadlines matter just as much as technical skill. Thank you and God bless you!
