Categorize Customer Purchase Data

I have a CSV/Excel file that holds raw customer data. The information is intact, but it is currently one long, mixed list. I need the entire set reorganized so every record falls neatly into clear purchase-history categories (e.g., first-time buyers, repeat customers, high-value spenders). Your task is strictly to build those categories and return a fully formatted workbook that lets me filter, sort, and analyse each group at a glance.

Please work in the tool you know best—Excel formulas, Power Query, or even a quick Python/Pandas script—so long as the final deliverable is a tidy .xlsx sheet laid out in separate tabs or clearly labelled columns that reflect each purchase segment. A short note explaining the rules you applied to assign customers to each group will serve as acceptance criteria.
