Casual Office Headshots for Team

I'm looking for a photographer to capture casual-style corporate headshots for a group of 11 or more people. The shoot will take place in our office.

Requirements:
- Experience in corporate photography, specifically headshots
- Ability to create a relaxed, casual atmosphere while still maintaining professionalism
- Proficiency in working with office lighting and backgrounds, or bringing necessary equipment to ensure high-quality images
- Portfolio showcasing similar work
- Ability to match the style of our previous headshots (example provided)

Please provide:
- Estimated time to complete
- Number of edited photos per person (1–2)
- Any additional costs for travel or equipment
