Freelance Salesperson – Cashew Processing Machinery

Project Overview

We are looking for a serious, consistent, and result-oriented freelance salesperson to help us sell cashew processing machinery to cashew factories and processors across India.

The main responsibility will be daily cold calling to cashew factories, understanding their machinery requirements, and identifying genuine and serious buyers.

Target Locations

Priority regions include:

- Maharashtra – Kolhapur, Radhanagari and nearby areas
- Sawantwadi
- Goa
- Hubli / North Karnataka
- Belagavi region
- Tamil Nadu
- Other major cashew-processing clusters across India

Your Responsibilities

- Make daily cold calls to cashew factories and processing units.
- Introduce our available cashew machinery professionally.
- Ask whether they are looking to buy, sell, upgrade, or replace cashew-processing machines.
- Identify genuine and interested prospects.
- Collect basic details of interested buyers.
- Follow up regularly with serious prospects.
- Coordinate with our team until the prospect becomes a genuine buyer.
- Maintain a simple daily calling and follow-up report.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who is:

- Serious and committed to daily cold calling
- Confident speaking with factory owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Consistent with follow-ups
- Good at B2B sales and lead generation
- Able to work independently
- Experience with industrial machinery, manufacturing, or cashew processing is an advantage.

Payment & Milestone Terms

This is a performance-based project. We will not create a milestone or release any payment upfront.

Payment will be made only after you generate a genuine buyer and the machinery deal is successfully closed.

Once a serious buyer is identified and the deal is successfully completed, the agreed payment/commission will be released.

We are specifically looking for someone who is willing to work consistently and seriously on a result-based basis, rather than simply accepting the project without completing the required work.

We are interested in building a long-term relationship with a reliable salesperson who can consistently generate genuine opportunities and close deals.
