Cashback & Coupons Mobile App

I need a full-featured Android and iOS application that replicates the core experience of CashKaro: shoppers click a deal in the app, complete their purchase on the merchant’s site, and I credit them with percentage-based cashback.

Core flow
• User browses in-app catalog of stores and coupon codes.
• When a deal is tapped, the app fires an affiliate link, tracks the session, and later records the confirmed order value returned by the network API or scraped confirmation email.
• Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the tracked order and shown in the user’s wallet.
• A built-in referral system lets users share a unique link; when friends sign up and earn approved cashback, the referrer receives a bonus.

Additional notes
– Single-language interface for launch (English only).
– Coupon aggregation should pull automatically from major affiliate or coupon feeds, with a manual override in an admin panel.
– Reconciliation logic must handle pending, approved, and rejected cashback states.
– I’ll need push notifications for expiring coupons, pending-to-approved status changes, and referral earnings.
– A simple web-based admin dashboard should let me add merchants, edit coupon text, and trigger payouts.

Deliverables
1. Source code for both platforms (native Kotlin & Swift or cross-platform Flutter/React Native; advise me on the best approach).
2. Database schema and API layer, documented.
3. Admin dashboard.
4. Test builds plus deployment assistance to Google Play and the App Store.

Acceptance will be based on end-to-end cashback tracking that matches affiliate network reports within a 2 % tolerance and successful payout of at least one live transaction during UAT.
