Mortgage Appointment Setter – Cash-Out Refinance Leads

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Appointment Setter to contact homeowners who have previously expressed interest in mortgage/refinance services.

Your primary responsibility is simple: Call leads, have a brief conversation about their needs, and schedule qualified appointments with our licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to provided leads

Follow up consistently by phone and text

Identify homeowners interested in a cash-out refinance

Ask basic qualifying questions

Schedule appointments on our calendar

Keep accurate notes and update lead status

Requirements

Strong phone and communication skills

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Appointment-setting or call-center experience preferred

Mortgage/real estate experience is a PLUS

Reliable and consistent

Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus

Compensation

Hourly pay + bonus for qualified appointments that show

All leads and calling lists are provided. No cold-list building or lead purchasing required.
