I need a 20-second cartoonish clip based on a picture. I’d like a locked stationary camera. The small ocean waves slowly and lazily roll toward shore with subtle shimmering reflections. The ship rocks slightly but The ship is pinned in place. with very slight movement in the sails and pirate flag from a soft sea breeze. Dune grass and leaves sway gently. Keep the lighthouse, sign, fences and beach path completely stationary. No camera movement, no zoom, no panning. No new objects or animals.
