Cartoonish Kids' Book Cover Design

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a captivating high quality book cover for a financial literacy book aimed at 7 - 12 year olds. The cover should feature children and money-related objects and have a cartoonish illustration style.

Key requirements:
- The design must appeal to children aged 7 - 12.
- Illustration style should be cartoonish and engaging.
- Cover elements should prominently include money-related objects.
- Art work to be suitable for an A5 size book with at least 3mm bleed space for cutting
- Transfer of image copyrights to me and my co author to freely use
- Images to be at least 300dpi as requested by the printer
- Assets to be provided in png, pdf and svg if possible
