Cartoonish 2D Animation

I’m creating a recurring 2D animated cartoon series called The Talk, featuring a Black father, Mark, and his teenage son, Caleb.

I already have character reference images and recorded dialogue from ElevenLabs.

STYLE:
Polished modern 2D television cartoon with smooth shapes, expressive faces, appealing colors, and cinematic cartoon backgrounds. No comic-book style, photorealism, or 3D animation.

REQUIREMENTS:

* One initial episode, 2–3 minutes long.
* Keep Mark and Caleb visually consistent throughout.
* Use my existing voice recordings.
* Include lip-sync where feasible and simple character movements, expressions, and gestures.
* Create a vertical 9:16 final video for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
* Keep the workflow affordable by using limited animation where appropriate.
* Provide a fixed-price quote before work begins.

Please share examples of similar cartoon projects and quote separately for a short 10–15-second test scene and the complete episode.
