Cartoon Skeleton Storyboards

I’m putting together a 16-page illustrated short book that follows a pair of quirky, cartoony skeleton lovers as they roam the afterlife. I already have rough concept sheets for both characters, plus a full script with panel-by-panel art direction that I’ll share once I find the right fit.

Here’s what I need from you:

• For every page, either a clean rough pencil pass or a fully finished line-art pass—no colour for now.
• A cartoonish style with moderate detail: think expressive poses, readable emotions, and clear backgrounds without hyper-real rendering.
• Enough creative space to make the scenes pop while still respecting the existing character sheets (moderate freedom).

When you reply, please let me know:
1. Your cost per page for rough pencils.
2. Your cost per page for final line art.
3. A link or attachments showing work in a similar cartoony style.

If you sketch digitally, traditional pencil, or a mix (Procreate, Clip Studio, Photoshop, etc.), just mention what you’re most comfortable with. I’ll use that info when I set up milestones so you can deliver in the format that suits your workflow.
