Cartoon Promo Video for Electronics

I'm seeking a creative animator to produce a cartoon-style visual video that will accompany a song I've already created. The video will be used to promote and sell a physical wellness product (PEMF System). The song is 3 mins long, upbeat and energetic.
Client can write a detailed description of the storyline and what they want expressed to show for each verse of the song.
The images attached is showing the style of animation the client likes. Not decided on which one is best yet. As an example need to show “energy” “frequency” through imagery of “light” flowing through and around the body when using the system.
Also energy recharging the cells in the body or to that effect. This is important to show how it works.
The video will be posted on Facebook as an ad.

Key Requirements:
- The animation should be engaging and align with the theme of selling a product.
- The visuals must sync well with the song.
- Experience in creating promotional videos, especially for physical products.
- Strong skills in cartoon animation and storytelling.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in animation software (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom).
- Background in marketing or product promotion.
- Ability to work within a budget and meet deadlines.
