Cartoon Avatar OBS Setup

I stream my PS5 game-play live to YouTube and TikTok through OBS Studio, bringing the signal in with an Elgato 4K capture device. I’d like viewers to see a lively cartoon avatar in place of my face, complete with accurate lip-sync plus real-time facial and hand tracking. If you have experience building and rigging avatars for software such as VTube Studio, Animaze, FaceRig, or equivalent, and can wire everything neatly into an OBS scene collection, I’d love your help.

The job breaks down into two parts.
1. Design & rig a custom cartoon-style avatar that supports facial expressions, mouth shapes for speech, and at least basic hand gestures.
2. Remotely walk me through (or screen-share and do it for me) the full OBS configuration: source order, filters, audio routing, hotkeys, and anything else required so the avatar sits on top of my 4K gameplay feed and streams flawlessly to both platforms.

Deliverables
• Final avatar files (model, textures, rig, expression set).
• Tracking setup ready to run on my PC, tested live on YouTube & TikTok.
• OBS scene collection and profile exported.
• One-page cheat sheet covering start-up steps and troubleshooting tips.

Acceptance Criteria
When we finish, the avatar should move fluidly with my facial expressions and hands, lips should sync while I talk, and the whole package must output 1080p60 without noticeable delay.
