Cartoon AI Dog Interview Video

I’ve written a complete creative brief and script for a short “interview” with an AI-generated dog talking to an HR director in an interview and now need the full video produced. The dog should appear as a clean, cartoon-style character talking on camera, delivering the lines in a calm, professional voice. While speaking, it only needs subtle facial expressions and gentle head movements—no full-body animation or roaming around the scene. I have images of the interview office scene to be followed and full script of 9 scenes which are questions throughout the interview. Need by Oct. 30, 2026.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• One finished HD video (1920×1080) with the cartoon dog delivering my script from start to finish.
• Natural lip-sync to the provided voice track or an AI voice you generate that matches the calm, professional tone.
• Simple background and lighting so the focus stays on the character.
• Source project files so I can tweak timing or swap out minor graphic elements later if needed.
You’re free to work in Adobe Character Animator, Blender with Grease Pencil, or another animation/AI platform you’re comfortable with, as long as the final result looks polished and the dog’s mouth and expressions stay in sync with the audio.
Once you accept, I’ll send over the brief, storyboard notes, and full script. Looking forward to seeing this pup come to life!
