Cartoon AI Animation from Images

I need a lively cartoon-style animation created with AI that starts from the still images I will supply. The characters and objects in those images are fixed—they are my brand mascots—so the job is to bring them to life rather than redesign them.

Your workflow can rely on any mature image-to-video tools you prefer (Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion + Deforum, AnimateDiff, or similar). What matters is a smooth, expressive motion that keeps the original design and colours intact, and finishes in a clean 1080p file.

Deliverables
• Each episode will be typically a 2-3 minute long episode
• The project file or notebook showing key settings / prompts so I can recreate or tweak future shots

I will provide the character images, a brief on the scene, and the mood I’m after as soon as we start. I would be interested in seeing a sample work of a 30 sec scene provided by me before i take it further.
