I need a skilled medical writer to draft clear, accurate patient-history records for cardiology cases. Each history must read like it belongs in an electronic health record: concise narrative, logical flow, and fully compliant with common clinical documentation standards.

These histories will focus on a single specialty—cardiology—and must capture the patient’s current and prior medications and treatments in detail.
