Cardboard Display Dieline Design

I need die lines produced for a free-standing, three-shelf display with a kicker, built from DWLB flute. Each shelf must span 350 mm (W) × 250 mm (D) and safely hold up to 5 kg, even though the products themselves are lightweight. Vertical clearance between shelves is 200 mm. The body stands 1 200 mm high, increasing to 1 500 mm when the header card is fitted.

Because I do not yet have artwork, please create a fresh, professional-and-corporate graphic treatment that can be dropped straight onto the structural layout once the die line is approved.

Deliverables
• Production-ready die line files (AI or EPS plus layered PDF) with all folds, scores and cuts clearly annotated
• A flat artwork template linked to the die line
• Simple 3-D visual or render to confirm proportions and stability

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions above must be respected with ±1 mm tolerance
• Structural design must show how each shelf achieves the 5 kg load with DWLB flute only (no metal fixtures NO plastic )
• Final files must be press-ready and unlocked for my team to edit artwork later

Please factor in standard corrugated tolerances and include any locking tabs, flaps or reinforcements you deem necessary for ease of packing, shipping and quick in-store assembly.
