Capture Surprise Mumbai Proposal

I’m organising a two-hour, surprise proposal in Mumbai and need every heartfelt moment preserved in both video and stills. You’ll wait nearby until the signal, start rolling at the perfect second, and then move smoothly through the flash-mob, friends’ performances and the big “yes”, keeping your presence low-key so nothing feels staged.

For the finished piece I have an emotional, cinematic highlight reel in mind—something that weaves natural audio, discreet slow-motion and tasteful colour work into a short film we can share online. In the photographs I want the proposal itself and the immediate reactions to shine, while also giving solid coverage to the choreographed flash-mob so the energy of the crowd comes through.

You’ll need your own professional camera kit (video and stills), stabilisation and on-camera audio. Experience with fast-moving, candid events is essential; I’m counting on you to anticipate smiles, tears and high-fives without interrupting the flow.

Deliverables:
• Raw video files in original resolution
• A curated set of edited, high-resolution photographs (colour-graded and lightly retouched)
• One short highlight video/reel (emotional, cinematic style)
