Capital Raise Specialist — Pre-Seed, Real Estate Concierge (Success-Fee only, GCC Focus)

We're a corporate-backed company entering Dubai's ultra-luxury real estate concierge market, incorporated in India with a licensed Dubai co-founder and office. We're raising $250,000 in pre-seed capital via convertible notes, targeting check sizes of $30,000–$50,000 per investor.

We're looking for an independent capital introduction specialist / deal scout with a genuine, active network of accredited investors — HNWIs, micro-angels, or small syndicates — interested in GCC-region and India-linked opportunities.

Structure: 3–5% success fee, paid only after an introduced investor's capital clears into our corporate account. No retainer, no upfront payment, no data-room or listing fee of any kind. If your standard terms include any upfront cost, please don't apply.

Confidentiality: The business name, pitch materials, and corporate/founder identity are shared only after a mutual NDA is signed.
