CapCut YouTube Layout From Kapwing

I have a short-form video that was originally built in Kapwing for TikTok dimensions. I need that exact look and pacing rebuilt inside CapCut, but reformatted to a 16:9 YouTube size. Please keep every transition, caption style, sound-sync and timing identical to the reference; only the canvas and element positions should change to suit widescreen.

Brand note: I already have a logo file and want it included in the new layout—positioned consistently frame-wide so it feels native to the design. No other colours or assets are required.

Once the base is recreated, set the CapCut project up as a reusable template. I’ll be slotting more than 200 individual clips into it, so name the tracks clearly, use placeholders or dummy media, and group/lock elements where appropriate to avoid accidental shifts. A short text file or on-screen labels explaining where each clip goes will help me move quickly.

Deliverable:
