We are seeking an experienced Canva course video producer to help complete our new On-Demand Life Coach Certification Program.
All course-development work is already completed for the lessons provided. For each lesson, we will provide:
- A completed Canva slide presentation
- A completed recording script that clearly identifies where each slide appears
- The recorded narration/audio
Your role is to assemble these existing assets directly in Canva and create polished, professionally timed lesson videos.
It is important that all production is completed in Canva so our team can easily make future edits to slides, timing, or course content.
Scope of Work
- Work directly within our existing Canva presentations
- Add the provided narration/audio to each lesson
- Follow the provided script for exact slide placement
- Synchronize slide timing with the narration
- Adjust Canva page duration to match the audio
- Maintain the existing slide design, branding, and content
- Add simple transitions only where appropriate
- Review each completed lesson for accurate synchronization and smooth pacing
- Keep all master presentations fully editable in Canva
- Export final videos in a high-quality format for our learning platform
- Make reasonable timing or production revisions based on feedback
No curriculum development, scriptwriting, voiceover, or slide design is required. The content, scripts, slide placement, slides, and narration are provided.
Project Scope
We will begin with one module as a paid trial to evaluate the quality of the work, accuracy of slide-to-audio synchronization, attention to detail, and ability to follow the provided materials. The initial module includes 7 lessons totaling approximately 40 minutes of finished lesson content.
If the trial module meets our quality standards, we intend to offer the selected freelancer the remainder of the project.
The full program is expected to include approximately 50+ lessons. We currently have 32 lessons completed, totaling approximately 4 hours of recorded lesson narration, with additional modules still in development. Based on the remaining curriculum, we anticipate the complete project will contain approximately 6–8 hours of narrated lesson content.
