Canva Designer – Editorial & Social Media

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Canva Designer to join the editorial team at RosiRoss.com, starting September 2026.

The role focuses on executing visual content based on existing Canva templates, detailed design briefs, and provided editorial content. This is primarily an execution role, you will not be required to develop creative concepts from scratch.

You will be provided with:
- Complete article/content
- Detailed design briefs
- Exact content to use
- Approved Canva templates for each editorial category
- Instructions for the required visual assets

What You'll Do
- Create Instagram carousels and other editorial visual assets in Canva.
- Adapt articles and provided content into the appropriate number of slides.
- Follow approved templates and brand guidelines precisely.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Review your work carefully before submission.
- Make revisions when required.
- Keep Canva files organized and easy to review/edit.
- Consistently meet agreed deadlines.

The templates are fixed by editorial category. You should be comfortable working within an established design system rather than changing the design structure based on personal preference.

If an article requires more content, additional slides should be created while maintaining the same approved template and visual framework.

- Good understanding of editorial and social media design
- Strong eye for typography, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple designs and deadlines
- Comfortable working with templates and established brand guidelines
- Open to feedback and revisions

Experience with lifestyle, beauty, fashion, luxury, editorial, or media brands is a plus.

Position Details
Position: Freelance Canva Designer
Location: Remote
Candidate: Filipino / Philippines-based is a plus
Start Date: September 1, 2026
Compensation: USD $150/month (fixed)
Probation: 3 months
Contract: 1 year after successful probation
Type: Monthly freelance
