I am coordinating the shift of our current school to a brand-new campus and need targeted assistance in two intertwined areas: managing the financial side of the move—fees are the single most critical factor for us—and keeping admission enrollments running smoothly throughout the transition.

• Data entry & management – accurate migration of existing applicant records and real-time input of new ones into our SIS/CRM.
• Communication with applicants – timely email or phone updates so no family is left wondering about status, required fees, or next steps.
• Enrollment process automation – setup or refinement of automated workflows (notifications, document requests, payment reminders) so staff can focus on high-touch tasks instead of repetitive follow-ups.

Alongside these, I’ll rely on clear tracking and reporting to ensure fee collection keeps pace with admissions targets; insights you provide here will guide key decisions on transportation, facilities setup, and other relocation costs.

Deliverables are complete when:
1. All historical and incoming applicant data is live, error-free, and searchable in our system.
2. A communication cadence is in place, with templated messages and performance metrics.
3. Automated workflows are tested end-to-end, demonstrating successful fee reminders and status updates.
