I want to pick up the phone, reach out to a handful of small businesses here in the United States (no more than ten), and come back with two very clear pieces of intelligence:
• Exactly what services they currently offer
• Any candid customer feedback they can share—how clients perceive them, what’s working, what isn’t
You’ll handle the entire calling cycle: sourcing the right decision-maker, making a concise but friendly inquiry, and recording answers in a short Google Sheet or Excel file. Please add a brief call log so I can see when each conversation happened and note any voicemails or follow-ups required.
A U.S. phone number and native-level English are essential because these owners expect a local caller. Courtesy, persistence, and clean data entry matter more to me than call volume; accuracy beats speed. I’ll review the spreadsheet and your call notes to sign off on the job.
