Call Centre Data Reporting Tool Development

I have a call centre software system (from a well-known manufacturer) software, which sends out call centre metrics and phone status events through websocket data stream (not voice data, but IVR, queue status and agent status), I need an application to ingest websocket data and use API (to the call centre software , for obtaining namings of IVR, queue, route, etc.). We already have our own choice of open-source based UI frame-work which I can share later. The technology used will be java, javascript, node.js, MySQL database, Redis, to build a data reporting tool to collect data from websocket, but the calculation logic will need to be discussed with me together, so I need English-speaking freelancer who I can walk through the project, and I will supply the soft SIP phone to make calls to the call centre app and generate call metrics.
