# Call Center Agent / Language Tutor

We are looking for friendly and confident **Call Center Agents / Language Tutors** to join our team.

We operate **English Talk – Language Exchange**, a language-practice calling app available on the Google Play Store for android platofrm. This platform is designed to connect language learners with language teachers. However, we currently have a shortage of professional tutors. We are looking to hire language tutors so our learners can easily find qualified tutors to practice with.

### Responsibilities

* Talk with users through voice calls.
* Help users practice conversational English.
* Keep conversations friendly, professional, and engaging.
* Encourage users to speak and improve their communication skills.
* Follow our communication and safety guidelines.

### Requirements

* Good spoken English and communication skills.
* Friendly, patient, and comfortable talking with new people.
* Basic ability to guide users during English conversations.
* Call center, customer service, teaching, or tutoring experience is an advantage but not required.
* Must have an android smartphone with good internet connection
* Total conversation time should be 1 hour where each call should last maximum 5 minutes
* Application call log screen shot will be considered as proof of completed task
