CAD/CAM Full Arch Bridge Design

I’m restoring an entire arch with a fixed bridge and would like a complete digital design created in CAD/CAM. The restoration will be milled from composite resin, so please bear in mind the material’s thickness, shrinkage, and shade layering as you build the virtual framework and anatomy.

I’ll supply fresh intra-oral scans of the upper arch, opposing dentition, and bite registration. From these you’ll establish ideal occlusion, connector dimensions, and gingival architecture—there are no legacy files or blueprints to start from, so everything begins with your digital wax-up.

The finished design must:
• Open flawlessly in common dental platforms such as Exocad or 3Shape
• Be delivered as a clean, watertight STL together with the native design file
• Respect composite-specific minimum wall thicknesses and pontic spacing
• Seat accurately on the scan body positions I provide

Once the initial draft is ready, I’ll review it in the viewer of my choice and send any minor adjustments before you prepare the final export.
