CAD Redraw of Selective Home Floor Plan

Here is the pdf of the floor plan and elevations. They are within one inch on all dimensions but the adobe measuring tool is exactly accurate to actual home floor plan per prior CAD drawings by architect. Architect won’t release CAD so I need it re-created. What would you charge to recreate floor plans and elevations in CAD that can be printed in standard size construction drawings? We would want sent back to us in CAD and PDF. We only need the areas in blue (kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, master bedroom entry, and lounge).
