I have two individual body-panel pieces from a car that I want to reproduce on a 3D printer. The parts must drop straight onto a specific make-and-model vehicle; I’ll share those exact details (along with photos, dimensions, and any reference sketches) as soon as we start.
Your task is to turn the information I provide into clean, watertight CAD that can be exported for slicing without further tweaks. I’m flexible on the software—SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar—so long as the final geometry is accurate and error-free.
Deliverables
• Native CAD files for both parts
• STL (and optionally STEP/IGES) ready for FDM printing at 0.2 mm layer height
• A brief note on print orientation and any recommended supports
I’ll test-fit the first prints on the vehicle and give prompt feedback; minor revisions, if needed, are part of the job. Let me know your preferred software, turnaround time, and any questions you have about clearances or fastening points so we can get started right away.
