CAD Modeling of Alfa Romeo GT Q2 Alloy Wheel – 1:18 Scale

I'm looking for an experienced CAD designer to create an accurate 3D replica of the original Alfa Romeo GT Q2 alloy wheel for my Welly 1:18 scale model car.

I will provide reference photographs and a technical drawing with the required measurements.

Requirements:

Faithful reproduction of the original wheel, including spoke geometry, curvature, depth, and proportions.
Perfect rotational symmetry with identical, evenly spaced spokes.
Outer diameter: 26.0 mm.
Overall width: 11.2 mm.
Correct mounting geometry to fit the existing model car.
Detailed Alfa Romeo center cap, preferably as a separate component.
Accurate, watertight CAD geometry suitable for professional 3D printing or metal manufacturing.

Deliverables:

STEP file (proper CAD geometry, not a converted mesh).
High-resolution STL file.
Original editable CAD project file (preferably Fusion 360 or SolidWorks).
Preview renders and one revision round.

The wheel may be professionally manufactured using resin printing, aluminium 3D printing, or precision metal casting.

Only one wheel design is needed, which will be reproduced four times.

Accuracy is the priority. I'm looking for a precise replica, not an approximate or AI-generated interpretation.

I have attached multiple reference pictures of what the rim looks like, and also attached a sheet with information about the exact measurements of the rim that originally came with the scale model.
