CAD Jali Pattern for Laser

I already have the exact panel sizes and full wall measurements ready; what I still need is a clean, production-ready CAD file that lays out a traditional Indian/Islamic jali pattern across those panels. The panels will be laser-cut from mild steel and installed outdoors, so the line work must be precise, closed and optimised for CNC laser paths—no overlaps, stray nodes or hairline gaps.
You’ll receive a dimensioned wall elevation from me on day one. From that, please develop the repeating geometric pattern, nest it logically across each panel and call out any kerf allowances you include. I’ll review a low-res PDF first; once approved, I’ll need the final layered DWG or DXF and a set of flattened, 1:1 scale files that can go straight to the laser shop.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Pattern reflects classic jali geometry with balanced negative space
• All drawing entities are joined, on consistent layers and cut-ready
• Dimensions match the supplied measurements within ±0.5 mm
If you’re comfortable with laser-cut file prep and ornamental geometry, I’m looking forward to seeing your approach.
