I already captured our entire commercial premises with a Matterport Pro 3 and now need that point-cloud turned into clean, renovation-ready CAD files. The goal is to hand these drawings straight to my architect and contractors, so accuracy and logical layering are critical.

What has to be shown
• Interior layout: walls, partitions, doors, windows, built-ins, ceiling heights
• Structural elements: columns, beams, load-bearing walls, slab edges
• Electrical & plumbing: outlet, switch and fixture locations, panels, main runs, visible piping and equipment

Preferred output
– AutoCAD DWG (2018 or earlier) or Revit RVT with layers/families clearly labeled
– Separate floor plans for each level, plus at least one longitudinal and one transverse section
– A reflected ceiling plan would be a bonus if it can be derived from the scan

Acceptance criteria
1. All dimensions trace back to the Matterport cloud within ±1 cm.
2. Drawings are to scale (1:50 metric) and use consistent line-weights.
3. Layers are grouped logically: ARCH-Walls, STR-Beams, MEP-Power, etc.
4. No unnecessary geometry or duplicate lines.

Let me know how you typically extract the scan data (e.g., ReCap, CloudCompare, PointCab) and your normal turnaround time. I will share the Matterport link as soon as we start.
