CAD Drafter Needed for Site Plan

Scaled Site Plan Required – Australian Development Application (Remote Work)

I am seeking an experienced CAD drafter or site plan designer to prepare an accurate, professionally scaled site plan for a development application in Willunga, South Australia.

The property is an existing residential allotment, with a proposed small mobile coffee van (3.59 m × 2.0 m) operating from the site.

Scope of Work

The site plan must include:

* Property boundaries and dimensions
* Existing dwelling and rear shed/garage
* Existing driveway and crossover
* Proposed location and footprint of the mobile coffee van
* One proposed customer parking space
* Two existing residential parking spaces within the rear shed/garage
* Available vehicle manoeuvring area
* Relevant dimensions, north arrow and scale bar

Important – Fully Remote Service Required

I do not have an existing property survey, architectural drawings or verified measurements available.
I have attached a draft site plan that is not to scale for reference.

The successful freelancer will be responsible for independently sourcing the necessary information using Google Earth, aerial imagery, cadastral/property records, publicly available mapping data or other appropriate resources.

I am specifically seeking someone who can complete this project without requiring me to undertake site measurements or provide technical drawings.

Applicants must explain how they intend to establish accurate dimensions remotely and identify whether any measurements would require independent onsite verification.

Deliverables

* Accurately scaled and dimensioned site plan in PDF format
* Editable CAD file (DWG or DXF)
* Appropriate scale, preferably 1:100 or 1:200
* Identification of any measurements that cannot be independently verified
* Reasonable revisions following review

The plan must be suitable for submission to the City of Onkaparinga as part of an existing development application.

Exclusions

I am not seeking a traffic engineering report, swept-path analysis, traffic impact assessment or planning consultancy services.
