Job Title: Experienced CAD Designer: Premium CNC Aluminum Bumper Case for PSA Professional Sports Authenticator Graded Card Slabs

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE THE EXACT MEASUREMENTS FOR A PSA GRADED CARD SLAB. The acronym PSA in this project stands for Professional Sports Authenticator, which is a plastic protective case used for trading cards like Pokemon and sports cards. This project has nothing to do with pressure-sensitive adhesives. I cannot provide physical card slab samples or measurements. I am looking strictly for a specialist who has already designed trading card protectors or slab guards, and who already owns the exact 3D models and dimensions for standard PSA graded card slabs.
Project Description: I need production-ready mechanical design files for a premium aluminum bumper case engineered specifically to protect standard PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) graded card slabs.
This is a subtractive manufacturing project involving CNC milling and laser cutting.
Do not apply if your background is strictly plastic injection molding.
Design Details:
Aesthetic and Form: Two distinct interlocking metallic halves consisting of a Red top and a Gold bottom.
Fastening: The frame halves must snap securely together using hidden rare-earth magnets embedded into pockets along the inner perimeter. No exterior screws.
Windows: Clear acrylic (PMMA) faceplates on the front and back to sandwich the PSA slab.(psa label and card only visible and must be visible in both sides)
Gaskets: The design must include a dedicated groove or space for a thin rubber, silicone, or EVA foam gasket lining the inner perimeter. The metal must never touch the plastic PSA slab directly.
DFM (Design for Manufacturing): The interior must account for standard CNC tool end-mill radii and include built-in internal clearance tolerances to accommodate the gasket and the PSA slab perfectly without rattling or scratching.
Required Deliverables:
3D master files in STEP and IGS formats.
2D vector cutouts for the faceplates and the custom flat gasket profile in DXF and DWG formats.
Fully dimensioned 2D engineering drawings with geometric tolerances in PDF format.
