CA Certification for LLP Form 8

All figures for my LLP’s Statement of Account & Solvency are final, approved by the designated partners, and already slotted into Form 8 for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. I now need a practising Chartered Accountant with a valid DSC and up-to-date ICAI membership to carry out the mandatory certification and affix the digital signature.

I will share the completed Form 8, signed financial statements and any supporting schedules the moment we start. Your role is to:

• Conduct a quick reasonableness review of the filled-in numbers
• Certify the form in the CA section
• Apply your digital signature (Class 3 preferred) and return the signed PDF or, if you wish, file it directly on the MCA portal and send me the SRN

Because the data is ready, this should be a straightforward task; a 24- to 48-hour turnaround is ideal. Familiarity with LLP compliance and recent MCA filing experience is essential.
