I need a reusable, plug-and-play unit-testing framework built with C# and xUnit that I can drop into any solution and start writing tests straight away. After every execution the framework must automatically generate a concise dashboard and deliver it to a predefined mailing list.
The emailed report has to show, at minimum:
• Passed, failed, and skipped test counts
• Error messages and stack traces for failed tests
• Test history and results from previous runs
A single command (or pipeline step) should:
1. Discover and run all xUnit tests.
2. Produce the dashboard in a clean, readable format (HTML or rich-text email is fine).
3. Send the report immediately after the run finishes.
4. Add cicd implementation to run under Azure container apps
Please structure the project so that contributors only worry about writing tests; all reporting, history storage, and email delivery should be handled behind the scenes. Include clear setup instructions and a sample test class that proves everything works end-to-end.
Acceptance criteria will be a pull request containing the framework, sample tests, and a demonstration email showing the required metrics.
