We are building an Enterprise B2B SaaS desktop solution designed for companies that pay remote workers in crypto. To ensure corporate security and compliance, companies need to audit whether their employees have setup official/approved crypto wallets on their local windows machines before initiating salary payouts.

We need a lightweight C# (Console or single-screen WinUI 3/WPF) proof-of-concept (PoC) module that handles the local PC audit environment.

Requirements:
1. Develop a C# .NET solution that checks the local system's readiness for crypto transactions.
2. The app must detect active/installed browser-based corporate wallets by scanning local application directories (e.g., Checking if official MetaMask or Phantom extension folders exist in Chrome/Edge User Data paths).
3. The app should also verify if native enterprise wallet software or bridge apps (like Ledger Live) are running in the system processes.
4. Output a clean audit report text/log on the screen:
- "MetaMask Status: Installed & Compliant (Chrome Extension Found)"
- "Ledger Live Status: Inactive / Not Found"
5. The project must be clean, use native .NET file/process monitoring libraries, and contain zero malicious behavior.

Deliverables:
- GitHub repository with full source code (.sln, .csproj).
- A screenshot or a short 30-second screen recording showing the console/UI output of this audit module running successfully on your own local Windows development environment for testing.
