C++ update

I’d like an experienced C++ developer to bring my desktop application’s GUI and underlying logic up to date. The existing program already runs, but it needs a round of focused improvements—think cleaning up any lingering bugs, polishing or extending current features, and tightening overall performance so the interface feels responsive on modern machines.

You’ll start by cloning the current repository, compiling it locally, and running a quick audit to flag areas that need the most attention. From there we’ll agree on the exact update list, then you can dive into the code. If you’re comfortable working with common GUI toolkits such as Qt, wxWidgets, or even native Windows frameworks, you should feel right at home here.
