Develop a simple Windows desktop application using C# that allows users to create videos with a 3D virtual presenter. The user can select/load a male or female FBX presenter, choose a background, import a voice, generate automatic lip sync, and add simple natural movements such as standing, walking, turning, and basic gestures. A simple camera system should allow presenter framing and basic camera movement. The completed scene should be previewed and exported as an MP4 video.
The software should be lightweight and easy to use, with the ability to add more presenters, backgrounds and animations later. Unity is not required. No AI is required for this project. Complete source code and project files must be delivered, along with full assignable IP rights through an IP Transfer Agreement.
